This coffee is from the Dota Tarrazú region of Costa Rica. It has notes of dark chocolate, mild acidity and hints of “winey” flavor expected of the region’s best coffees. It’s a medium/darkish roast that is well balanced with toned down notes of lush tropical fruit and bittersweet chocolate, and has a smooth pronounced body.
