Espresso Machines | Tico’s Coffee Roasting Co.

When the machine on the bar can't keep up.

You need a machine that pulls before the door opens — and is still the one on the bar years from now.

Machine already down? Skip to the form. Stuck, or just choosing? Call 503-999-8426.

If the groups are leaking, the shots are sour, or the old machine finally quit, you don't have a branding problem. You have a Saturday-morning problem. Regulars at the door. Staff looking at you.

We've been in shops on mornings like that. The machine has to work today — and still be pumping out great espresso years from now.

Machines that can keep up.

When the line is out the door — or around the building — these machines don't flinch.

What you usually get vs. what you get from Tico's

What you usually get

A discount on the machine, then you’re on your own.

  • The advertised discount stops at the machine
  • Some include the first water filter — not the ones after that
  • No plan for gaskets or screens
  • The discount is gone the day your machine shows up
What you get from Tico's

Coffee to run it. Someone to install it. Parts on a schedule after that.

  • Coffee with the machine
  • Professional installation included
  • Gaskets, screens, and water filters on a schedule when we roast for you

And we're still here after your machine is on the bar.

Good water and fresh gaskets are what keep your machine on your bar.

The warranty cares about the water. Buying the machine once doesn't take care of that.

Every 4–6 months

Group-head gaskets

On us while you buy Tico's coffee. Busy bars closer to four months. We ship them.

About once a year

Screens

Dispersion screens while you buy coffee from Tico's, timed from install.

On a schedule

Water filters

As often as every three months depending on water quality, at least every six. We cover part of the cost of each cartridge.

Why these machines

Why Tico's has recommended these machines for more than ten years

We don't like surprise service calls. You don't either. Tico's roasts, ships, and delivers when we say we will — we look for machines that work the same way: reliable, simple to take care of, and backed by industry-leading tech support.

"We want your Saturday to be about great coffee and the line at the register — not waiting on a technician." Bert Ortiz, founder of Tico's Coffee
“I have been working with Bert (Tico’s) for many years… He has helped with every need — last minute changes, equipment purchases, even quick repairs… His products have made my business thrive and I would not be where I am without him.” Karissa A., K’s Koffee, Sublimity, Oregon
“As a busy coffee shop owner, switching to Tico’s over 2 years ago has made my life so much better. Their streamlined processes from ordering to delivery to billing is amazing! Along with the freshness of product and great customer service… they really follow their motto.” Alisia K., Mountain Grounds Coffee Co.

Straight answers

Why not advertise a discount on the machine?

Many already do. On this package you keep the machine at the published price. Coffee comes with it, and professional installation is included when we roast for you.

Can I buy the machine and keep my roaster?

Yes. We’ll quote the machine. On that quote we can add gaskets, screens, and water filters as options — they’re not automatic if we don’t roast for you.

If you’re across the country, Rancilio has a list of qualified installers — the warranty wants one of those.

How many drinks are in a pound?

A 19 g double — about 24 drinks per pound.

What if I need a different size or machine?

The list below is what we lead with — Crono, Classe 7, Invicta, and NEXT Pure Coffee. We’ll send the exact number with your quote. Need help picking the one that fits your bar? Call or write.

What about the RS1, Classe 9, Egro ONE, or NEXT with a fridge?

We sell them. They’re not on this list because most shops land on one of the four above. If you already know you want one of those, say so on the form or call — we’ll quote it.

How do the water filters work?

We ship them on a schedule — as often as every three months, depending on water quality, and at least every six months. Tico's covers part of the cost of each cartridge when we roast for you.

Are gaskets and screens included?

Yes, while you buy coffee from Tico's. Group-head gaskets every 4–6 months, screens about once a year.

Who installs the machine?

A qualified installer. When we roast for you, professional installation is part of the package. If we drop-ship, Rancilio has a list of qualified installers — the warranty wants one of those.

Tell us about the machine you need

New shops and replacements. Tell us which machine you're looking at. We'll send numbers — and what coffee comes with it. Or call 503-999-8426.

We'll write you back at the email you leave. We don't put the off-list number on this page.
